AZEER is a Fashion brand. We always strive to provide a fair and transparent Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
If we cause you any inconvenience in any way, we will definitely try to resolve it, In-Sha-Allah. Kindly cooperate with us by following the policy and providing the required information.
Exchange Policy
Please check the product in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
Unboxing video is mandatory.
You must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This video will be required as proof in case of missing or damaged items.
β Complaints regarding missing items will not be accepted without an unboxing video.If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for an exchange.
Do not use the product until the issue is resolved.
If exchange is not possible due to unavoidable reasons, the product value will be refunded.
If you receive the correct product as per invoice but still want to exchange it (size/color issue, etc.), you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
In this case, double (2X) shipping charges will be applicable.
No exchange request will be accepted after 7 days.
Exchange requests must be made within the specified time and according to this policy only.
Any information provided by delivery agents outside this policy will not be considered valid.
Return & Refund Policy
If you receive a wrong or defective product, you may instantly return it to the delivery agent while they are present.
If you wish to return the product due to:
Change of mind
Product not liking
Not being present at the provided location
You may return the product while the delivery agent is present, by paying only the delivery charge:
Inside Dhaka City: 80 BDT
Outside Dhaka City: 130 BDT
- Pickup(ECB, Chottor) : 0 BDT
Products that have been used, washed, or unboxed (for sealed products) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Accessories can be exchanged within 7 days if a defect is found, but are not refundable.
Partial return of combo packages (including food items) is not allowed.
If a customer wants to return a product after receiving it due to personal choice or change of mind, the following charges will apply:
Double (2X) courier charge (sending + returning)
Packaging charge: 50 BDT
The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
For any refund request, the product must be returned to us first.
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund will be processed.
The refund process may take 7β15 working days.
